These terms apply to the website, products, services, events, and online experiences offered by Midlife Mompreneurs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

By using our website, you agree to these terms. Additional terms may apply to specific purchases, memberships, or events.

1. Website Use

Our website is intended to provide information about Midlife Mompreneurs, our conference, community, podcast, and related offerings.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or other visitors' access.

We reserve the right to update website content, features, and offerings without prior notice.

2. Conference Registration and Eligibility

The Midlife Mompreneurs 2027 Conference is scheduled for March 2–4, 2027, at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The conference is designed for mothers in midlife who currently own businesses. There is no minimum business revenue requirement.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the stated attendee eligibility requirements.

Registration is subject to availability. Attendance is limited, and purchasing a ticket secures one attendee registration unless otherwise specified.

3. Conference Ticket Pricing and Payment

Conference ticket pricing is as follows:

• Early Bird: $1,800 for eligible purchases made November 10–30, 2026.

• Regular Admission: $1,997 beginning December 1, 2026.

Promotional discounts may be offered at our discretion, subject to their stated terms and availability.

Where offered, the payment plan requires a 50% initial payment and a 50% remaining balance.

The payment-plan purchase deadline is January 16, 2027. The deadline for full-payment ticket purchases is January 27, 2027.

All outstanding payment-plan balances are due February 16, 2027.

A grace period extends through February 19, 2027. If the remaining balance is not received by that date, registration may be canceled and previously paid amounts may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Tickets must be paid in full before admission to the conference.

Payments are processed through Squarespace and its supported payment providers.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Ticket Transfers

All conference ticket purchases are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in these terms.

If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible attendee.

Transfer requests must be submitted by February 23, 2027, to Hello@MidlifeMompreneurs.com.

The replacement attendee must satisfy the conference eligibility requirements and provide the necessary registration information.

Ticket transfers are subject to confirmation by Midlife Mompreneurs LLC. Transfers do not create an entitlement to a refund.

If Midlife Mompreneurs LLC cancels the conference entirely, registered attendees will be offered a refund of conference ticket payments received, unless a different remedy is agreed to or required by applicable law.

If the conference is rescheduled or materially changed, we will notify registered attendees and communicate the available options in accordance with applicable law.

5. Event Programming and Changes

We work hard to create a meaningful and enjoyable conference experience.

However, speakers, workshops, activities, schedules, meals, and other event details may change due to circumstances beyond our control or operational needs.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions or adjustments while maintaining the overall purpose of the event.

The appearance of a particular speaker, presenter, sponsor, or activity is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Travel and Accommodations

Unless specifically included in a purchased package, conference tickets do not include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, parking, or personal expenses.

Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Midlife Mompreneurs LLC is not responsible for travel disruptions, missed flights, hotel charges, or other independently purchased travel arrangements, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Attendee Conduct

We want Midlife Mompreneurs events to be welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.

We welcome women of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, abilities, and backgrounds. You don't have to share the same beliefs or experiences to belong here, but you are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.

All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, speakers, sponsors, hotel staff, and event personnel with courtesy and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, threatening behavior, or significant disruption of the event will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove individuals whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or experience of others, subject to applicable law.

8. Photography and Recording

Photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur during Midlife Mompreneurs events.

We may use event photography and recordings for legitimate business, editorial, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions required.

Attendees who have concerns about appearing in promotional materials should contact us before the event so we can discuss reasonable accommodations.

Any separate photo or video releases presented during registration or at the event will apply according to their terms.

9. The Midlife Mompreneurs Club and Other Offerings

Additional terms may apply to community memberships, subscriptions, digital products, workshops, or other services offered by Midlife Mompreneurs LLC.

Specific pricing, benefits, billing arrangements, cancellation policies, and participation requirements will be disclosed when those offerings become available.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original content on this website, including our branding, written materials, graphics, photographs, podcast content, and other creative works, belongs to Midlife Mompreneurs LLC or its respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links
